I'm considering of switching from my current ISP to Copper.net.  What should I do first?  Cancel my subscription to my current ISP then install Copper.net or the other way around?

If you would like to switch your Internet service to Copper.net, the first step that should be done would be to try Copper.net before canceling your current ISP service. This should be done in case you decide that you don't like our service so that you are never left with out Internet access.
