I understand that Hi-Speed dial up doesn’t speed up every web site and file type downloaded. If I sign up for it Hi-Speed and I’m not impressed by the speed increase is it easy to cancel?

If you decide our Hi Speed service isn't for you or that it's not what you need, please call our toll free number at 1-888-336-3318 so that we can switch your account back as soon as possible.
