I am looking to purchase dial up service for my mother-in-law.  I
want her name to be on the account so that the email is associated with
her and she can call in for customer support with no problem.
However I want to be responsible for billing on the account, and I want
any contact having to do with billing to come to me.  I also want
to be able to call in to customer service myself for information in
case whatever problem she is having is too technical for her, or if she
is confused by what she heard from customer service.

However your signup only provides 1 place for name and address, rather than a user address and billing address.

Is there a way this can work?  If I put in the billing information
(my stuff), will she still be able to get customer support just by
knowing the userid and password on the account?

Thank you for your post !

What I would suggest in this case is for you to go ahead and sign up the account in your name with your billing information. If she ever needs to call in for customer support she will need the contact name on the account and the email address/username that is choosen.
