I just joined the standard service. Having an Old Mac Operating System and relatively old email software , I was not sure how much support I could actually get. Well, it was beyond terrific. I had two different people in Tech Support help me with the setup of Copper.net and also the installation of completely new email software. If they didn't know the answer, they searched the web for solutions and we were able to complete the job in short order. Some of the problems I had involved software flaws in Outlook Express, and Obscure (and very old issues) with the Mac Keychain interaction with Eudora Software. Wow! I am very impressed... I see why this Service is highly rated. Jack
