Dear Admin~~

I just signed up today for the trial service. What a great deal. $1 for 3 months/600 hours.

I only discovered Coppernet this morning.  And what great timing. My other ISP is having trouble keeping my membership available. And after much energy spent this past week - and a long talk with a rep who said they fixed the problem last night, once again I cannot log on via that service :evil:
& No customer service either until after the weekend.

It is GREAT that software is not required to log on to Coppernet. THANK GOD. That makes it 1,000 times easier. Definitely a plus that I hope is always an option. Also that you have a way for me to track the minutes and hours of log on time is awesome. I asked another company some time ago about whether they would offer that as an option and they said no. So appreciating that you have this at Coppernet.
