I got a new computer and I am trying to find out how I can get the software so I can out it on my new computer. I have looked through the site and can't find a thing, I only found the hispeed download and I do not want that. Can anyone help me out here?

Actually we do not require that you download software unlike most companies.
All you really need to do is to create a new dial up connection on your computer in the control panel.
If you are unsure or you are uncomfortable doing this yourself please give our office a call at 1-888-336-3318.
Our customer service represenatives are here at 8 AM - 12 AM (midnight) Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM Saturdays and 1 PM - 7 PM on Sundays, Eastern Standard Time.
