I do not need a set up CD or software to use copper.net. I just want to provide a credit card and copper.net provide me with a dial up number. I would like instant access, so obviously the computer I am using now is not my own, can I pay a fee, register my name and get a dial up number without having to install or download anything. Thanks so much

We absolutely, do not require that you download any kind of software to get started using Copper.net's Internet service.
All that is needed is your name, address, phone number and billing information. You choose which plan you would like along with your username, password and email address.
You may sign up with Copper.net online by just simply clicking on the sign up button on the left side of this page or by contacting our customer service representatives at 1-888-336-3318. Our customer service hours are: Monday - Friday (8AM - 12AM), Saturday (8AM -6PM) and Sunday (1PM - 7PM) Eastern Standard Time.
It's as simple as that, after you sign up the account and create a new dial up connect on your computer under the control panel you can connect to the Internet right away.
