If you need to cancel your service with Copper.net you will need to call our office and receive a cancellation number.
You can reach our cancellation department at: 1-888-336-3318, Monday - Friday 8AM - 12AM, Saturday 8AM - 6PM, and Sunday 1PM - 7PM Eastern Standard Time.
