CopperHiSpeed Settings - Macintosh

1) Open the CopperHiSpeed Program by double-clicking its icon.

2) The first screen shows the status of CopperHiSpeed. If it is disconnected and you would like to connect, or vice vesa, Click CopperHiSpeed -> Start CopperHiSpeed or Stop CopperHiSpeed.

|
3) On the Images tab, you will find a slide. Move the slide to the right for faster page loads, or to the left for sharper images.
|
|
|
4) On the Connection tab, make sure that Login required for Copper HiSpeed is checked. Your Username should end with @copper.net. Verify that your password is entered correctly. Click the Advanced button.

|
5) Be sure that the server hostname is speed.copper.net. The server port should be 7000. The local port should be 5400.
|
|
|
6) On the Update tab, make sure that Inform me about minor version updates. is checked.
|
|
|
7) You will also need to check some settings in Safari. Open Safari and Click Safari -> Preferences.
|
|
|
8) Select Advanced and click the Change Settings... button.
|
|
|
9)Make sure that Web Proxy(HTTP) is checked. Web Proxy Server should be set to 127.0.0.1:5400 You should not have a check in Proxy server requires password
