Email Set-up Instructions - Windows Mail (WinVista)

1) Click Tools

2) Click Accounts.

3) Click Add.

4) Select Email Account and click Next.

5) Enter your first and last name in the Display Name field.

Click Next.

6) Enter your E-mail Address.

Click Next.

7) It will already say, "My Incoming mail server is a POP3 server". Enter "mail.copper.net" as both the incoming and outgoing server.

Put a check mark in the box for "Outgoing server requires authentication."

Click Next.

8) Your username will already be entered. Enter your password.

NOTE: FOR ALL OTHER DIAL-UP COMPANIES, THE USERNAME NEEDS TO BE THE FULL EMAIL ADDRESS (EXAMPLE@COMPANY.COM)

Click Next.

9) You have now finished setting up your email account.  Click Finish to return to your inbox and check your email.
