Email Tech Support - Outlook 2002
1) Click on the Tools menu, and then select Email Accounts.
The Email Accounts window will appear.

2) Select View of Change existing email accounts.
Click Next.

3) In the Accounts window, select your Copper.net email configuration and click Change.
The Email Accounts window will appear.

4) Verify that all the server settings are correct:
Your Name: Your first and last name. Email address: your email address
Incoming: mail.copper.net Outgoing: mail.copper.net
Username: the first part of your email address (before @). Password: your copper.net password. Remember Password: checked.
NOTE: FOR ALL OTHER DIAL-UP COMPANIES, THE USERNAME NEEDS TO BE THE FULL EMAIL ADDRESS (EXAMPLE@COMPANY.COM)

5) Click on the More Settings button on the right.

6) On the Outgoing Mail Server tab, verify that "My server requires authentication" is checked, and that "Use same settings as incoming mail server" is selected.
